AppraisePartners

Commercial real estate · owner intelligence

The owners who will sell
have not listed anything yet.

AppraisePartners reads public property records, ownership data and market signals to find the commercial property owners most likely to transact, then helps a broker reach them while the opportunity is still off-market.

Currently in private pilot with a single brokerage. Not open for signup.

01

Source from the deed

Every property starts at the county record: who holds title, how long they have held it, what they paid, what is owed. Not a scraped list of practices, an owner of record.

02

Score without guessing

Ranking is arithmetic, not a language model. Each lead is scored only on the data it actually has, and the sheet says which components were missing rather than hiding it.

03

Reach them as yourself

Outreach goes out from the broker's own mailbox, in the broker's own words, with a human approving what gets sent. The tool drafts. It never speaks for anyone unasked.

What we connect to, and why

AppraisePartners asks for the narrowest access that makes the product work. Each connection is optional, granted by the broker, and revocable at any time.

Gmailsend

Sends the outreach the broker has approved, from the broker's own address, so replies land in their real inbox and the thread belongs to them. We do not send anything a human has not approved.

Google Calendarread and write

Reads existing events to find genuinely free time, and writes the meetings a broker books off a reply, so a call agreed by email appears on the calendar without retyping.

Gmailread · pilot only

Where a broker turns it on, we read their inbox to match replies back to the outreach that produced them and to surface the ones worth answering first. Message content is used only to power those features inside the product, and is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train a general-purpose model.
